Tade and Reagan both have plans for the future and they definitely don’t include each other, that is until they meet each other and are completely captivated by each other. Well, this book captivated me- I literally could not put it down and finished it in one day. It had so many twists and turns and it seemed like my mouth was left hanging open when I finished each chapter. Because of him has everything I love in a book- romance (duh), suspense, a few dark scenarios, and a happy ending.

Terri E. Laine has weaved together a story that starts a long time before the present day, but collides when these two people meet. They both have secrets they aren’t willing to share just yet, and man are they some big secrets!

I don’t want to give away too much- but what I do want you to do is go and get this book. I am in awe of how someone’s brain can come up with such an exquisite story, put so much detail in the characters, and keep it all in line. It is told in dual POV, with flashbacks to the past, but it was so easy to keep up with. It’s one of those books that you have to know what happens next because the bomb was just dropped, so you can’t put it down. When you read a lot of books, and your mouth is open because you totally did not expect that to happen, you know it’s a good one.

I am happy that I came across this author and can’t wait to see what else she has. I definitely give this book a 5 star roasting and recommend you check it out.
